No Obligation
Consumers are not obligated to work with an agent introduced through the service.
Real Estate Representation
Real estate representation is provided by the local agent and brokerage, not by this website. Users should review any agency, buyer, listing, or brokerage agreements directly with the agent or brokerage.
Review Agreements Carefully
Before entering any real estate relationship, review all agreements and ask questions about obligations, compensation, and representation.
